Functie profiel
- Determines product range to include in standard MPS solutions offering
- Manages the European SKU count / product assortment database for MPS product category and provides direction for the Local SKU count / product assortment. Ensures the accurate and timely set up communication of product related data to all stakeholders (Procurement and Supply, Sales Customer services etc.). Through effective product lifecycle management working together with the Local Merchandising Teams manage new products in and delisted products out of the business. In parallel is responsible for the complete product lifecycle management (cradle to grave), phase in and out of European and Local MPS products.
- Works along side the European Strategy team and Regional Merchandising teams to create best in class pricing architecture for the European and Local product assortment
- Works with Vendors to develop new innovative ways of offering the MPS product assortment through multi Touchpoints
- Develops communication on MPS products and services to allow effective communication to Touchpoints such as TAM and the Sales force
- Supports the Sales force through communication and where necessary the adaptation of the European assortment for implementation in those markets
- Supports local Customer Service with knowledge of Xerox MPS systems and is the user for all MPS tools provided by Xerox
- Manages 3rd party system information (databases) on products, selling prices and cost prices
Is day-to-day contact for all field questions related to MPS
- Shares knowledge of MPS products and services by organising and delivering MPS related training sessions to multiple countries
- Managing and Monitoring Service Level Agreements with vendors and other MPS 3rd parties
- Is involved in every MPS deal in pilot country initially and acts as business enabler
- Escalation point for our OD regions in case business partners are not performing within agreed MPS SLA’s and taking corrective action
- Creates MPS price-lists and implements price changes
Negotiates MPS products and services pricing with Vendors. Orders hardware from Vendors
- Manages and monitors SLA’s and acts as escalation point for our countries towards Xerox on SLA issues
- Is the main source of information for local Merchandising and Procurement on all MPS related matters
Profiel kandidaat
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 - 5 years management experience with product/service management
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Additional languages knowledge like Dutch, German or French are an advantage
- Highly numerate en analytical
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
