Functie profiel
-The Business Analyst is focused on fact based analysis and
presentations for the Director Investor Relations and the
Executive Board.
-This position aims to support key business decisions by
updating the external news and data such as latest global
industry trends, peer movements, analysts’ comments,
market statistics and forecasts.
-The function supports the Director Investor Relations by
providing relevant information, shareholder analysis and
presentations which can be used for internal and external
communications.
-The Business Analyst reports to the Director Investor
Relations and Corporate Communications Accountabilities.
-Maintain and strengthen Business Intelligence activities
within the company.
-Distribution of key industry news to the Executive Board
and Corporate representatives.
-Weekly industry review containing latest developments of
peers.
-Periodical publication of fact books updating historical
development of volume, price, supply and market outlook
per segments.
-Weekly price updates of main products and raw materials.
Benchmark of main peers against the operations.
-Support Director Investor Relations with business
information and ad hoc analysis to answer questions from
sell side analysts and investors.
-Prepare and co-ordinate inputs for the companies internal
and external publications.
-Market and operational updates for CEO letter prior to
Supervisory Board meetings for annual reports.
-Translate strategic information in presentations.
-Collecting, summarising and dispatching information on
industry, peers and market on request.
-Operate an efficient query-response service and provide
quality information on global animal feed, protein and
aquaculture market.
-Searching through the data and reports by statistics
bureaus,non-governmental organisations and other
subscribed websites.
-Correspondents with business representatives for specific
information.
-Formulating comprehensive answers to enquirers.
-Participate in strategy and acquisition projects initiated
by the Executive Board.
Profiel kandidaat
-At least 3 years experience in business consultancy with
exposure/involvement in one or more of the following areas:
management consulting, business analysis or financial
analysis;Academic degree.
-Strong PC Skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
-English (mother tongue), next to Dutch is a preference
-Effective communication skills,written and verbal,to be
able to interact with all levels within the organisation.
-Quickly analyze information gleaned to develop insights
and conclusions.
-Work both independently and in teams, and know when to ask
for guidance.
-Be able to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
-Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of
staff.
